- Start voluntary internal exams before demanding a national system.
- Teach Constitution, ethics, governance, finance, and citizen rights.
Politics must become a profession of service and knowledge.
This is not a political promise sheet. This is a contract with India.
Bold commitments. Measurable targets. Zero vagueness.
We, the youth of India, recognising the potential and the unmet promise of our republic, do hereby declare our commitment to justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity - not as words on parchment but as lived realities for every Indian.
Next Gen Republic stands for a politics of action, not rhetoric. A politics of inclusion, not division. A politics of tomorrow, not yesterday.
"Power must not go to criminals. Power must go to trained, ethical, service-minded citizens."
Politics is public service. No person should hold party responsibility without basic knowledge of the Constitution, ethics, governance, public finance, and citizen rights.
"Power must be earned through work, not protected by position."
Winning an election is not the end of responsibility. It is the beginning of measurable public duty for every elected representative, minister, party office holder, and government-appointed leader.
"A public servant who cannot respect the public should not hold public power."
Civil servants, police personnel, municipal officers, clerks, and every public servant must remember that they are not rulers above citizens. They are servants of the Constitution and the people.
"Education must lift every corner of India."
Education is the foundation of a free society. We commit to making world-class education accessible to every Indian, regardless of caste, class, or geography.

"Jobs with dignity, not empty promises."
A thriving economy gives every citizen a fair shot. We reject trickle-down economics and choose people-first policy.
A job-creation framework backed by law, quarterly audits, and a public dashboard that every citizen can inspect.
Provide major incentives for domestic manufacturing and cut import dependence in critical sectors.
Offer collateral-free loans up to Rs 50 lakh, 48-hour registration clearances, and three-year tax holidays.
Guarantee MSP by law, reform crop insurance, expand direct market access, and build cold-chain infrastructure.
"Faith should create harmony, not pollution. Freedom should come with responsibility."
A clean country is not only the duty of the government. It is the duty of every citizen, every institution, every event organiser, and every community.
NextGen Republic will build a national Clean India & Responsible Society Movement where every citizen is accountable for keeping streets, rivers, drains, public spaces, and neighbourhoods clean. No person or group should be allowed to pollute in the name of religion, politics, celebration, business, or convenience.
Do not throw garbage on roads, into drains, rivers, lakes, railway areas, or public land. Report illegal dumping and keep neighbourhoods, markets, schools, parks, and public spaces clean.
Religious events, rallies, weddings, fairs, festivals, markets, and business gatherings must respect public cleanliness. Every organiser should submit a Clean Event Responsibility Plan and restore the site after the event.
Small first-time littering should face warning, fine, awareness training, and community cleaning. Repeated, intentional, toxic, or river-based pollution should face heavy fines, legal action, and up to 3 years' imprisonment through due process of law.
India needs segregation plants, plastic recycling, composting, biogas, construction-waste recycling, e-waste treatment, sewage systems, river-cleaning infrastructure, and waste-to-resource startups that create jobs.
Rivers cannot become garbage lines. Dumping flowers, plastic, idols, sewage, industrial discharge, dead animals, or religious waste into water bodies must face strict accountability and public monitoring.
Schools must teach waste segregation, water protection, public hygiene, respect for public property, climate duty, and community cleaning service. Cleanliness law should apply equally to households, religious groups, rallies, and businesses.
"The law must work equally for every citizen."
No democracy is real without equality before the law. We will dismantle barriers and build a justice system that serves every Indian equally.

"Protecting the earth is a duty to the next generation."
